Dordogne-Perigord is one of the French gastronomy area ! There are a multitude of restaurants and especially in summer.
During your stay, we will advise you on the best restaurants of the region, classic or gastronomic, for festal evening or just to have a snack, but all proposing local products !
In Montfort, there are some restaurants that propose you to have a snack in a relaxed atmosphere ; salads or simple plate, typical of the area. Gastronomic ones are located in Vitrac, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Domme or Sarlat. As you can suspect it, the medieval city of Sarlat is abundant of restaurants (for some of them only opened in summer… Strange !!). Be careful with the tourist traps !
